New York trip is always meant for shopping and lots of food. Got to have my priorities straight. Since I cant be a gossip gal and walk into any store in Madison or Lexington and just drop 10 grans, ill settle to the second-hand shops. At these thrift stores, I can get that brand name dress while not making my wallet have a two-month mourning, both parties are happy.

For this outfit, I was going for a snazzy go-to outfit, like a last minute birthday dinner/ happy hour, so I wanted to keep things kind of simple but interesting. I snagged this vintage brown & white striped skirt from the local kips bay, NY neighborhood thrift store, cutest little shop on 3rd ave. To play around textures I decided for this sleeveless jean button up, these top were popping around a lot in the early 90s. To add another color in this beautiful dilemma, I went for my grey strappy ankle boots that added some style height, as well as literal height. To conclude everything, I grabbed my white square shoulder bag (which I don’t have anymore because I sold it (sadness)) I transformed it into a clutch to decrease the strap hassle.

Alright maybe just maybe this will be my last summer-y outfit. Also, NYFW post is coming up!
