Look #3

Keeping the Stripes Fresh

Here’s a look for the days where Mother Nature perfectly balances out the sunshine and the breezy air. I found this white shirt with holes (ideal for allowing air to go through) from a thrift store. Of course, I love how the bagginess is basically begging me to knot it in the front.

Since it’s slightly a crop top, it paired nicely with these semi-high waisted pants that I adore. The versatility of the stripes is a huge plus, but I can’t deny that my favorite part is that the extra portion of fabric in the front, some may call it a flab, can tie in the center. It gives the top a casually fabulous flowy effect when walking. You could say I wanted to walk around all day with an extra pep in my step.

For my zapatos (shoes in Spanish), I grabbed a pair of nude sandal wedges to keep the look of summer. I’m not trying to sound like a broken record here, but again, these are one of the most comfortable shoes I own. Who said looking fashionable means pain must be involved?

As for accessories, I maintained the minimal, yet flashy, appeal. By adding these larger crystal earrings, I was able to keep the attention of this outfit balanced while still highlighting key pieces.

To wrap up the look, I switched up the color palette with my everyday black purse. Black never fails.
